Jo has enjoyed producing radio both inside the BBC and for the past fourteen years in the independent sector. She is best known for producing programmes which tell a compelling story with pace and sensitivity. Jo feels deeply about the importance of nurturing the next generation of radio producers - she serves on the board of RIG and Sound Women.

David has worked in audio for over 15 years. His work includes audio book production, dialogue editing and live production. He’s mixed innumerable BBC documentaries and features for Loftus including several award-winners. David loves working with sound, has very high standards, and is committed to maintaining Loftus as a friendly and efficient place to work.

Kim is an award-winning producer with over 20 years experience in BBC Radio and a long-standing member of the Loftus team. She enjoys working with people who are not often heard on air. She's known for treating difficult subjects with sensitivity and for her moving interviews. She's won Gold Awards in Europe and in the US.

Executive Producer Elizabeth has 20 years of experience in radio, and was previously Commissioning Editor for Radio 4. A multi Sony Award winner, she has produced features including ‘A History of Private Life’, 'The Playlist Series' with David Owen-Norris and 'Amanda Vickery on Men'.

Hannah produces features for a range of BBC networks. Her first, for Radio 4, saw Alan Yentob exploring a hidden history in ‘The Last Jews of Iraq’. She coordinates Loftus' BBC commissioning rounds and the development of audio projects for other clients.

Frances works on the research, development and execution of our historical series for Radio 4. Also part of our 'Something Understood' production team, her first programme explores the contradictions within ourselves. Frances additionally manages our programme production process.

Jon is a multi award-winning sound designer/producer and technical consultant with a talent for realising the potential of creative ideas. With 25 years of experience in broadcasting, Jon acts as a consultant for Loftus' BBC online content projects.

Richard manages online projects for the BBC and other clients. An insightful digital content specialist, he has over 10 years experience delivering engaging sites, products and services for global brands across web, mobile, digital TV, DAB radio and IPTV.

With a background in procedure streamlining, company efficiency specialist Steve brings strong project management skills to the Loftus team. Comfortable on the shop floor and presenting to senior management alike, Steve brings a wealth of corporate experience to Loftus.

Maria is an award-winning Exec Producer with 20 years experience in BBC radio. At Radio 4 she was Deputy Editor of 'Woman’s Hour', before launching 'Saturday Live', winning a Sony Gold. Working independently, she delivers training for the BBC’s College of Journalism, and is the founder of Sound Women.

In Olivia’s thirty years at the BBC she produced the highly prestigious 'Today' progamme and 'Desert Island Discs', as well as devising 'Bookclub' and 'In Our Time'. For Loftus, she has produced and exec-produced 'Book of the Week', 'Something Understood', and Radio 4Extra readings. She is also a radio critic and writer.

Jane started programme-making for the BBC at Network Radio in Bristol where she produced long-running series such as ‘A Good Read’ and ‘Adventures in Poetry’. She has abridged and produced many ‘Books of the Week’, ‘Books at Bedtime’ and Radio 4Extra readings, and specialises in making history and literary features.

Marilyn is a brodcast and theatre producer and director. Series for Radio 4 include 'Rumpole', 'The Gobetweenies' and 'The Stanley Baxter Playhouse'. She is chair of the Scottish Womens’ theatre company Stellar Quines and a trustee of the new writing theatre company Paines Plough.

Erica is a member of the Loftus team working part-time as a bookkeeper responsible for the invoicing and processing the financial transactions. Erica is a fully qualified bookkeeper as recognised by The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
